Responsibilities:
Build user journeys, Figma, Photoshop prototypes, and high-quality interfaces for our product's UI and website.
Create various graphics for our product's UI, website, and mobile design assets.
Collaborate with the product team. Brainstorm, ideate, design, and iterate new ideas with design and product teammates.
Develop customer profiles and accurately define customer problems. Use this work to guide your design efforts actively. Share insights with your team.
Continuously identify and resolve UI and UX problems. Improve the UI and UX based on user feedback and your own research.
Use data to support your decision-making process.
Test new ideas before implementing
Qualifications:
3 years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role
UI design portfolio
A keen eye for detail is essential
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to discuss and explain design options, with a passion for interaction design and optimization
Preferable experience in UX, with a focus on A/B testing
Proficiency in Figma design tool is a must, along with knowledge of design software like Illustrator
Experience in Atomic Design principles is preferred
A good eye for design with a sense of growth marketing
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Mobile development
Thrive under minimal supervision, taking full ownership of results
Fluent in English
