Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects or tasks ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Appropriately setting and managing client expectations.
Developing new business opportunities with existing clients.
Coordination of regulatory documentation with ISO 13485
Planning, executing and communicating Internal Regulatory Processes.
Experience working in a SaMD environment is a big plus.
Qualifications:
2+ experience in project management or operations management
Self-driven, analytical mindset
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to utmost detail
Knowledge and experience working on Regulatory Processes including ISO 13485 and Medical Device Regulations (MDR)
Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
Have knowledge of software development process and task/document management tools such as Jira, Notion, etc,
Self-motivated, proactive teammate with innovative ideas
Have a high sense of responsibility and accountability,
