As of today, we’re looking to hire a Product Manager to join our team that will focus on growth, expanding product-market-fit, increase user activation and enhance user engagement.

The successful Product Manager will be responsible for the following on a day to day basis:

• Identify and resolve challenges hindering new user and account conversion during the activation journey.
• Drive growth initiatives, especially in the enterprise segment.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their challenges, and work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Analyze data to gain insights and drive decisions
• Write SQL queries, build dashboards, and audit product pages.
• Deep understanding of growth and design principles to improve product aspects.
• Build empathy with customers by gathering and integrating feedback to address their problems and concerns.
• Take ownership of goals set by leadership, particularly in improving conversion rates.

It is expected the successful Product Manager has the following skills and experience:

• Strong data-driven mindset, able to independently conduct analysis and extract insights.
• Proficient in SQL and capable of using tools like ChatGPT for data analysis.
• Experience in product design and understanding of growth elements.
• Ability to work autonomously, dig into problems, and find actionable solutions.
