The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead and refine our top-of-funnel pipeline generation. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, targeting both mid-market and enterprise prospects in the legal industry. This role is ideal for a driven, strategic, and resourceful SDR looking to make a leap into a more senior, impactful position within a high-growth startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and prospect into mid-market and enterprise legal firms through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn).
  • Generate and qualify high-quality leads to fill the sales pipeline for our Account Executives.
  • Partner with marketing and growth teams to execute and refine lead-generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to experiment with new messaging, cadences, and targeting approaches.
  • Track outreach activity and lead conversion metrics in our CRM.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on prospect insights and market trends.

What You Bring

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development (LegalTech a plus).
  • Proven success generating pipeline and exceeding outbound quotas.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent cold calling and new business development skills.
  • Experience using Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • You’re data-driven, experimental, and know how to test-and-learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and lead conversations with senior decision-makers.
