We are looking to hire a Team Lead Senior Full Stack Engineer. Reporting to our Director of Engineering, the successful Engineer will lead our developer team and focus on building and improving our current products.

The successful Team Lead Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for the following on a day to day basis:

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products
• Build, enhance and improve the current product offering
• Oversee and work on development of both new and existing applications and products
• Identify and drive improvements within the team's processes and practices
• Manage and clear technical debt to ensure long-term scalability
• Lead infrastructure initiatives and testing practices
• Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of bug fixes and improvements to products
• Build new features

It is expected the successful Team Lead Senior Full Stack Engineer has experience and skills in the following areas:

• Ruby
• Ruby on Rails
• React.js
• PostgreSQL
• Proven leadership and people management skills
