AlGooru is a Saudi-based edtech startup that uses AI to connect students with on-demand private tutors over 20+ subjects.

🎯 Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs to elevate our social media presence
• Identify gaps and propose ideas to enhance visual brand identity
• Collaborate with content marketers to improve the visual communication delivery
• Ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence across all platforms
  
  

👣 A day in your life

• Develop and maintain the visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels
• Understand marketing initiatives, brand positioning, and target audience
• Brainstorm and develop clear ideas in collaboration with content marketers
• Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
• Manage projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring timely completion
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment
• Delegate responsibilities to other designers
• Present completed ideas to the content team members
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and software to continuously improve design quality and efficiency
  
  

Requirements

🏆 Experience needed

• 8+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Deep understanding of Saudi culture (do's & don'ts)
• Proficient in typography, color theory, layout design, print production, motion graphics, and video editing Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Premier Pro
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D modeling is a plus
• Familiarity with Midjourney platform
• Exceptional graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, adept at working with cross-functional teams
