AlGooru is a Saudi-based learning platform that offers 1-on-1 private tutoring services in a variety of academic and recreational subjects. It is the first licensed private tutoring platform in Saudi Arabia, approved by the National e-Learning Center (NELC). The Role Highlights
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality delivery and improvement of AlGooru's programs through on-site school visits and QA activities
- Foster strong, responsive relationships with parents, addressing queries and concerns both in person and through communication channels
- Support revenue growth through effective client renewal processes and identifying potential leads for new collaborations
- Conduct regular on-ground QA checks at partner schools, ensuring AlGooru's programs meet quality standards
- Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages and calls from parents, providing accurate information and guidance
- Be present at schools to interact with parents, answering questions and addressing their concerns about AlGooru's programs
- Make payment collection calls for renewing clients, following up effectively to ensure timely payments
- Assist in sourcing and developing leads for potential new collaborations and partnerships
You're the Business Development Lead we're looking for if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in business development or partnership roles
- Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset
- Exceptional presentation and networking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple channels of communication, including WhatsApp, phone, and in-person
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic understanding of payment collection processes and client management
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic school environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in EdTech is a plus
- Screening & Intro Call (5-10 mins)
- Chemistry meeting (15-30 minutes)
- Technical interview (30-60 minutes)
- Vision-fit interview (30-60 minutes)
