The Role Highlights 💡
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of high-performance, scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and contribute to strategic decision-making in mobile app development
- Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring best practices and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced Flutter applications for both iOS and Android platforms
- Lead the architectural design of new features and apps, ensuring scalability and maintainability
- Work closely with product and cross-functional teams to define, develop, and ship new features
- Oversee code quality, ensuring adherence to best practices and the continuous improvement of development processes
- Mentor and guide junior developers, helping them grow technically and professionally
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, improving the performance, scalability, and reliability of the apps
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development to ensure competitive edge
- Manage app releases and handle Play and App Store submissions
- Contribute to setting technical standards and making strategic decisions for the mobile development team
You're the Senior Flutter Developer we're looking for if you have:
- 4+ years of experience in mobile app development with a focus on Flutter
- Expertise in Dart, Flutter architecture, state management, and performance optimization
- Proven experience in building apps and integrating third-party APIs
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide developers
- Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Screening & Intro Call (5-10 mins)
- Chemistry meeting (15-30 minutes)
- Technical interview (30-60 minutes)
- Team meeting (30 minutes)
