The Role Highlights
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the seamless and reliable deployment of software by optimizing infrastructure and managing cloud resources
- Drive scalability and performance by developing and maintaining efficient CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments
- Foster collaboration with development teams to integrate security best practices, improve system reliability, and continuously optimize DevOps processes
Infrastructure Management:
- Establish, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless software deployment
- Develop and manage cloud resources, ensuring scalability, resilience, and efficient utilization using cloud platform (GCP, AWS)
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable microservices architectures to support application growth and performance
- Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker to streamline deployment and ensure consistency across environments
- Collaborate with the development team to streamline software releases
- Define and implement strategies for backup, disaster recovery, and high availability
- Ensure the integration of security best practices in all DevOps processes
- Monitor infrastructure, applications, and tools for potential issues or bottlenecks
- Use logging and monitoring tools to identify and address performance metrics
- Monitor infrastructure usage and implement cost optimization strategies to ensure efficient budgeting and resource allocation
- Regularly conduct security audits and address vulnerabilities
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices
- Implement automation tools and frameworks to optimize system processes
- Continuously refine and evolve DevOps practices based on feedback and changing

You're the DevOps Engineer we're looking for if you have:
- Have a minimum of 3 years as a DevOps Engineer
- Solid experience in managing Cloud Infrastructure
- Profound knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools, such as Bitbucket pipelines
- Familiarity with container orchestration services, especially Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of the Agile development life-cycle
- Proven ability in implementing and managing monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
- Knowledge of security best practices and implementing them in infrastructure setups
- Experience with Git, and familiarity with Atlassian JIRA/Confluence
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Proficient English communication
