The Senior Developer utilizes design, Software Requirement Specifications, and code libraries to implement web applications. This individual encodes, tests, debugs, and documents programs on web application projects. They assist in maintaining specifications and design documents of web applications, as well as assists in resolving user issues, project requirements, and application error logs. From time to time they may be assigned to additional programming tasks as directed.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cloud based application using .NET and Azure with SQL Server backend.
• Respond and resolve features and bugs in enterprise applications.
• Perform unit testing at the page level.
• Support department standards for database design, forms designs, and programming.
• Review specifications and provide time estimates on the development of projects and features.
• Use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four (4) year college, technical school or equivalent experience from work history.
• One (1) to two (2) years of experience using .NET, HTML, MVC, Razor and pages DHTML. Azure knowledge and experience a plus.
• One (1) to two (2) years of experience using MS SQL Server as a backend database repository.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strong ability to reason logically and creatively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
