Full job description

Aline is the bridge between senior care and technology, built to strengthen connections where it matters most. Our all-in-one platform brings together sales, marketing, operations, and engagement tools, empowering senior living communities to work smarter, communicate clearly, and deliver care with heart. Rooted in industry expertise and born from the merger of leading solutions, Aline serves as a unifying force across the senior care space. We help communities across the country streamline processes, enhance resident and family engagement, and stay aligned through every stage of care. That’s why everything we build is designed to support stronger collaboration, seamless workflows, and more meaningful experiences for residents, families, and care teams alike.
We’re seeking a Product Manager to help lead the evolution of Aline CRM, our flagship Sales & Marketing product for senior living operators. You’ll focus on core CRM workflows, including, but not limited to, lead management, sales counselor tools, marketing automation, and reporting. You will help drive the roadmap, define requirements, partner with design and engineering, and engage deeply with customers and internal teams to deliver features that materially improve conversion, workflows, and usability.
This is a hands-on role with a significant impact on customer success and company growth.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end CRM product lifecycle from discovery and definition through launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Product to shape a clear, metric-backed roadmap aligned with customer needs and business goals.
  • Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to inform prioritization and identify new opportunities.
  • Translate strategy into detailed PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with UX/UI to create intuitive, workflow-friendly experiences for sales counselors, marketers, and leadership users.
  • Work closely with engineering on sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness.
  • Validate feature quality through testing and ensure smooth rollout and adoption.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to ensure clarity on roadmap, release expectations, and product value.
  • Work with Data/BI teams to support metrics, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with Integrations and Platform teams on shared services, data dependencies, and third-party integrations.
  • Monitor product KPIs, adoption patterns, and customer sentiment to guide ongoing iteration.
  • Advocate for users by understanding real-world senior living workflows and ensuring solutions deliver measurable value.
  • Maintain product documentation, release notes, and training input as features evolve.
Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment (B2B or healthcare preferred).
  • Experience with CRM systems, workflow tools, marketing automation, or integrations is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work iteratively within an Agile environment and collaborate effectively with engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven success in defining and launching web and/or mobile products end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret product data, metrics, and user behavior.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong empathy for senior living operators and frontline teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial approach; comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
