The Opportunity:

We're on the hunt for an Account Executive who will be instrumental in driving our growth. This role isn’t just about driving revenue; it's about expanding our reach and impact in the market. Your role will be pivotal in fostering adoption and generating revenue, particularly in the first responder employer market, including Police, Fire, EMS, dispatch, and Corrections. This position reports directly to our Head of Growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business with first responder departments, consistently meeting or exceeding quota goals.
  • Independently communicate the Alli Connect story and value proposition, coupled with compelling product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the team in preparing and leading proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Manage all facets of the sales cycle, including campaigns/meetings, demonstrations, negotiations, and closures.
  • Attend the occasional tradeshow or conference as a brand ambassador and lead driving activity.
  • Identify prospects' challenges, recognize their needs, and effectively propose solutions aligning with Alli Connect's offerings.
  • Partner with Customer Success (CS) teams to ensure a smooth transition and enduring customer relationships.

About You:

  • A seasoned professional in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with exposure to healthcare, government, or employer wellbeing sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, with a solid track record of driving growth and surpassing quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute significantly to the growth of early-stage organizations.
  • Autonomous yet collaborative, with a strong sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Exceptional communication skills and an authoritative executive presence.
  • Former first responders and military members are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation:

This position includes a comprehensive package including a competitive salary, uncapped commission, and attractive benefits, contingent upon demonstrated performance and significant contributions to our company's success.
