Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Position Overview:
As an SDR at Alli Connect, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach by identifying and engaging potential clients. Your role will involve generating leads, initiating conversations, and setting up meetings for our Account Executives. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a meaningful mission while developing your sales career in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
- Research and identify potential clients, focusing on first responder departments.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine their potential fit with Alli Connect's solutions.
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system (currently HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and pipeline status to the CRO and CEO.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the technology public safety sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and other sales tools.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales, particularly within healthcare, government, or employer wellness sectors.
- Background in or familiarity with first responder communities.
- Proficiency with sales engagement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Suites and Hubspot.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
