About the team
Alloy is looking for a talent maker who specializes in identifying uniquely accomplished, high-impact individuals to drive us forward. You’re a specialist at building robust engagement and recruitment engines and own strong technical talent pipelines to fill positions. From the end-to-end process, you provide an unparalleled inclusive candidate experience while advocating for candidates and internal partners.
Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite twice a week, and remote employees onsite once a quarter.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing and building rapport with candidates, creating positive inclusive candidate interview experiences, and running the offer process
- Understand and elevate Alloy’s employer brand presence within the talent market, coming up with creative ways to engage with top talent
- Be a partner to leaders by understanding and anticipating hiring needs and goals, recommending improvements, gaining market insights, and developing strategies to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
Who we’re looking for
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience specializing in Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, and other related technical roles; a background in engineering recruitment at an in-house recruiter or agency/search firm is preferred
- A passion for building cohesive, diverse, and inclusive teams with effective sourcing methods that drive dynamic candidate pools that have the potential to add value to Alloy's company and culture
- A best-in-class professional network ready to follow wherever you go with shown success in recruiting top talent
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with and advise hiring managers on best-in-class recruiting approaches
- An ability to conduct funnel analysis using recruiting metrics to identify problems and insights and inform data-driven decisions
- Experience with recruiting practices and tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search strings, drip campaigns, prospecting, Gsuite, etc.)

Alloy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. Your recruiter will be happy to walk you through the details and what compensation could look like for you specifically!
This position has a salary range of $150,000 to $175,000.
