Role: Manages day-to-day operations of the crypto mining facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Mining Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our crypto mining facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all aspects of the mining facilities are running smoothly, with a focus on maximizing performance and efficiency. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management, and the ability to troubleshoot issues swiftly to maintain optimal performance.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee mining hardware performance, energy consumption, and operational uptime, maintaining efficiency across all facilities.

2. Actively manage relationships with external vendors, site operation teams, and other counter parties to ensure seamless daily operations.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

4. Collaborate with the Technical Operations Specialist for equipment upgrades and performance analysis.

5. Maintain accurate records of operational performance and generate reports to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Qualifications：

1. Proven experience in managing large-scale operations, preferably in crypto mining, data center, or high-tech industries.

2. Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
