The Role

This is a strategic operations leadership role for someone who can build and run a lean, high-performing service delivery and growth operations function. You'll lead iRocket Services—the digital growth agency that drives revenue through Authority Engine packages, AEO/SeVO (AI-powered Reddit growth), programmatic advertising, and full-stack growth solutions. But iRocket isn't just client services—it's also the internal GTM engine for the entire ELITE ecosystem, driving acquisition, content, and demand generation across all our functions.

You'll own both sides: world-class client delivery that generates revenue, and operational excellence that powers platform growth. This is a dual-impact role where you're simultaneously building a profitable service business and the growth infrastructure that scales ELITE from launch to Series A.

What You'll Own

  • Build and scale operations for iRocket Services, managing client delivery across Authority Engine, AEO/SeVO, programmatic ad management, and custom growth packages.
  • Lead the internal GTM team responsible for ELITE ecosystem growth—coordinating content, demand generation, community management, partnerships, and onboarding operations.
  • Design and execute operational playbooks, workflows, and systems to ensure consistent delivery quality, client satisfaction, and internal campaign performance.
  • Manage a distributed team of freelancers, contractors, and early full-time hires across content, growth marketing, design, SDR, AEO, and project management functions.
  • Own operational metrics including project delivery timelines, client retention, team utilization, CAC, conversion rates, and customer success KPIs.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO on strategic planning, resource allocation, hiring priorities, and scaling decisions as the company grows.
  • Build the infrastructure for operational scale—project management systems, communication protocols, reporting dashboards, and quality assurance processes.

What Success Looks Like

  • Month 1-3: Establish operational foundations—onboard into existing workflows, audit current processes, and implement improvements for client delivery and internal GTM coordination. Build team management rhythms and reporting cadence.
  • Month 4-6: Scale operations to support 5-10 active client engagements while executing 2-3 Authority Engine cycles per month for ecosystem growth. Refine playbooks, improve delivery quality, and reduce friction across teams.
  • Month 7-9: Achieve operational excellence with consistent client satisfaction, predictable internal campaign performance, and scalable systems that support 10+ concurrent projects. Begin preparing for team expansion and Series A operational readiness.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in operations, project management, or delivery leadership—ideally in digital marketing, agency services, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
  • Proven ability to manage distributed teams of freelancers, contractors, and full-time employees across multiple time zones and functions.
  • Systems thinker who builds scalable processes, automates workflows, and creates clarity in ambiguity.
  • Client-facing experience managing relationships, setting expectations, and ensuring delivery excellence under tight timelines.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing operations—content creation, paid media, SEO/AEO, social growth, and demand generation.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking operational KPIs, project health metrics, and team performance.
  • Startup mentality—comfortable wearing multiple hats, iterating fast, and solving problems without extensive resources or fully built teams.

Compensation & Equity

  • Competitive base salary: $110K-$140K (depending on experience and location)
  • Equity: 0.25%-0.5% in stock options (4-year vesting with 1-year cliff)
  • Performance bonus: Tied to operational KPIs and company milestones
