Genius is searching for a dynamic Executive Office Administrator in Los Angeles to help support both operational needs and office requests for the organization. This role is critical to the efficiency of our business and will provide personalized and timely support to our Chief Executive Officer as well as employees on the West Coast. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, proactive, and thrives working behind the scenes to contribute to big picture successes.
What You’ll Do
- Manage professional scheduling needs for the CEO with internal stakeholders and senior clients including organizing and circulating follow up items post-meetings.
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements and submit monthly T&E reports through Expensify, when applicable.
- Act as a culture ambassador in our LA office coordinating celebrations and employee events in collaboration with the People team.
- Oversee the comprehensive planning for select client meetings including catering, itineraries, technical needs, collateral, etc.
- Own the relationship with building management ensuring prompt resolution of employee inquiries and requested supplies.
- Support occasional personal scheduling requests.
- Assist with business critical projects as requested.
- 3–5 years of experience supporting C-suite and executive stakeholders in an administrative capacity, along with hands-on office administration experience.
- Exceptional communication & organizational skills with a keen eye for details.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when managing confidential and sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, think creatively, and rapidly solve problems.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.
- Proficient with both Google and Microsoft Office suites.
- Bachelors Degree, preferred
The base salary range for this position is $80,000–$90,000 and is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, relevant skills, and industry knowledge.
