Company Background

AmorSui is transforming healthcare sustainability and infection prevention through innovative solutions designed for hospitals, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), dental organizations, laboratories, and other enterprise healthcare environments. We partner with customers and channel organizations to reduce waste, improve operational efficiency, and support safer environments through scalable programs.

We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven leader to build and scale AmorSui's indirect go-to-market strategy. This role is ideal for someone who understands complex healthcare channels, can develop executive-level partnerships, and is motivated by the opportunity to create meaningful revenue growth through distributors, GPOs, OEM/private-label partners, and other strategic alliances.

The Head of Channel & Strategic Partnerships will identify, recruit, negotiate, launch, and manage strategic channel partners that accelerate AmorSui's growth across healthcare, dental, laboratory, and adjacent markets. This leader will own partner strategy from initial segmentation and recruitment through enablement, activation, joint selling, and long-term account development.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute AmorSui's national channel and strategic partnership strategy.
  • Segment and prioritize prospective partners based on market reach, strategic fit, revenue potential, and speed to activation.
  • Recruit and onboard regional and national distribution partners.
  • Expand relationships with major healthcare and dental distributors.
  • Develop OEM, private-label, and other strategic commercial opportunities.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build executive relationships across distributor, GPO, laundry, sustainability, consulting, and environmental service organizations.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate agreement execution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop joint business plans, annual revenue objectives, and account growth strategies for each priority partner.
  • Establish executive sponsorship and governance structures that support long-term partnership success.

Partner Enablement & Activation

  • Create partner onboarding, sales training, product education, competitive positioning, and certification programs.
  • Develop sales playbooks, marketing collateral, and joint customer presentations.
  • Ensure partner sales teams can clearly communicate AmorSui's clinical, financial, operational, and sustainability value proposition.
  • Drive partner launch plans, first opportunities, and active selling milestones.

Revenue Growth & Performance Management

  • Build partner-generated pipeline through joint account planning, customer meetings, and field engagement.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and maintain clear revenue forecasts.
  • Track partner performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Meet or exceed annual partner-generated revenue and activation targets.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, Product Development, Finance, and Legal.
  • Coordinate internal resources to support partner onboarding, customer pilots, implementation, and expansion.
  • Represent partner needs internally and help shape channel-ready products, programs, and processes.

Professional Experience / Qualifications

  • 8+ years of healthcare channel sales, strategic partnerships, business development, or related commercial experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working with national or regional distributors.
  • Proven success negotiating channel, distribution, OEM, or private-label agreements.
  • History of building or scaling indirect sales organizations and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Experience in PPE, medical devices, infection prevention, dental distribution, healthcare supply chain, or sustainability is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with organizations such as Cardinal Health, Medline, McKesson, Henry Schein, Patterson, Owens & Minor, Vizient, or Premier is highly desirable.

What Success Looks Like

  • Building a prioritized national partner pipeline and measurable 12-month channel growth plan.
  • Executing qualified distribution, OEM, private-label, and strategic partnership agreements.
  • Activating partners through training, launch readiness, first opportunities, and active selling.
  • Generating partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through joint account planning and customer engagement.
  • Establishing AmorSui as a trusted strategic partner across healthcare distribution and adjacent channels.
