Enterprise Healthcare Account Executive | AmorSui | Fully Remote
$75,000 Base + Commission
Equity On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000
Travel REQUIRED for this role: Up to 50% of Time
What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and healthcare organizations
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation, implementation, and expansion
- Build relationships with procurement leaders, infection prevention teams, supply chain executives, sustainability leaders, finance stakeholders, and executive decision-makers
- Lead consultative sales discussions focused on operational improvement, cost savings, sustainability, and infection prevention outcomes
- Navigate healthcare purchasing processes, value analysis committees, vendor onboarding requirements, GPO relationships, and enterprise contracting
- Convert pilot programs into long-term enterprise partnerships
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive multi-site growth across healthcare systems
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools
- Travel regularly to customer sites, industry events, and strategic meetings
Required Qualifications
Healthcare Industry Experience Required
Applicants must have experience selling products, services, or solutions directly into:
- Hospitals
- Health systems
- Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs)
- Acute care organizations
- Healthcare procurement organizations
- Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)
- Distribution Services Organizations (DSOs)
Additional Requirements
- 3+ years of healthcare sales experience
- Proven record of exceeding sales goals in complex healthcare environments
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder buying processes involving procurement, clinical leadership, operations, supply chain, finance, and executive leadership
- Experience with contract negotiations and healthcare purchasing processes
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a high-growth startup environment
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Willingness to travel up to 50%

Compensation
- Base Salary: $75,000
- Variable Commission: $95,000
- Total On-Target Earnings [Salary + Commission]: $160,000
- Equity Opportunity: 0.07% to 0.20%
