- Proven experience as a Sales representative or relevant role;
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques;
- Fast learner and passion for sales;

- Ownership and commitment to set KPIs;
- Ability to think critically, and make important decisions under pressure;
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills;
- Time management, self organizational, attention to details, prioritization skills;
Nice to have requirements:
- Technical knowledge (as in software production cycle);
- Conversational or better Japanese, written and spoken;
- Understanding of sales software sales cycle/process
- Experience with (understanding of) CRM tools
