Sales Engineer

Job overview and purpose:
Responsible for communicating the benefits of AND Global’s products in order to drive sales and achieve goals. Main duties include serving as the point of contact with prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying potential leads, informing leads on products, and providing existing customers with exceptional support with information and assistance that relates to AND Global’s products and services.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with prospects to understand their lending operations, challenges, and system requirements.
- Build relationships with clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their goals.
- Analyze client feedback to co-produce tailored solutions requirements based on the company’s solutions and products including the lending software, that align with their operational needs and objectives
- Develop and present system designs that demonstrate the software’s ability to optimize processes and boost efficiency.
- Translate client requirements and proposed solutions into detailed specifications for the technical team with the Product Team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define technical requirements, project scope, and estimated timelines.
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment from pre-sales through implementation.
- Gather and document insights from client interactions and prospect feedback during sales meetings.
- Provide actionable recommendations to the product development team to enhance and refine the company’s solutions, ensuring it remains competitive and aligned with market demands.
- Contribute to strategic sales initiatives, ensuring the alignment of client acquisition efforts with the product’s capabilities and development roadmap.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Mongolian;
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas or previous work experience;
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs;
- Ability to think critically, and make important decisions under pressure;
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills;
Desired Education & Background:
- Education: Bachelor or higher degree in Business Management, Economics, Information Technology, Finance, or Accounting;
- Experience: minimum of 4 years of professional work experience within Banking, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Entity;
- Knowledge: Considerable knowledge in sales techniques, Project Management Institute (PMI) framework, Project Management methods (e.g., agile/scrum), product and business development;
