Marketing Operations Manager

The Role:
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be the engine behind our campaign execution and sales enablement strategy. From launching paid ads to organizing our sales content hub, you’ll ensure every asset, form, and dashboard is connected, trackable, and optimized to convert. This role is crucial in enabling scalable MQL growth by executing flawlessly and keeping internal systems clean, fast, and aligned.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager, Sales team, and Creative to streamline marketing activities and continuously improve operational efficiency.
What you’ll do:
- Support paid ad setup (Google, LinkedIn) and ensure tracking is accurate
- Build and update sales decks, one-pagers, and landing pages
- Keep HubSpot clean and make sure leads go to the right person
- Organize our marketing content in Notion and maintain structure
- Work closely with the design and content teams to deliver on time
Who you are:
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Familiar with digital tools like Google Ads, HubSpot, Notion
- Enjoy working with different teams (Marketing, Sales, Design)
- Fluent in English and Mongolian (writing & speaking)
