General Description

  • We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Support Engineer to join our team.
  • You will provide support to internal and external clients by troubleshooting software issues, identifying bugs, and ensuring seamless functionality of applications.
  • You will also collaborate with the development team to help resolve complex technical problems and ensure the software runs smoothly.

Your Tasks

  • Offer solutions to recurring technical problems to improve system stability and performance.
  • Monitor and track support cases, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Work with QA teams to test fixes and deploy software updates.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug software problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify root causes and implement fixes for identified issues.
  • Create documentations periodically, and build library;
  • Mindset to automate where possible;

What we are looking for

  • Good working knowledge in Programming languages: PHP, JavaScript (NodeJS, React JS, etc.,)
  • Database knowledge (SQL, NoSQL, etc.,)
  • Experience with Unix/Linux, Windows systems;
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and analysis techniques;
  • Ability to communicate effectively;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience;

Preferred qualities

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with debugging tools and automated testing.
  • Knowledge of system monitoring tools and practices.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices.
