General Description
- We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Support Engineer to join our team.
- You will provide support to internal and external clients by troubleshooting software issues, identifying bugs, and ensuring seamless functionality of applications.
- You will also collaborate with the development team to help resolve complex technical problems and ensure the software runs smoothly.
Your Tasks
- Offer solutions to recurring technical problems to improve system stability and performance.
- Monitor and track support cases, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Work with QA teams to test fixes and deploy software updates.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug software problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify root causes and implement fixes for identified issues.
- Create documentations periodically, and build library;
- Mindset to automate where possible;
What we are looking for
- Good working knowledge in Programming languages: PHP, JavaScript (NodeJS, React JS, etc.,)
- Database knowledge (SQL, NoSQL, etc.,)
- Experience with Unix/Linux, Windows systems;
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and analysis techniques;
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience;
Preferred qualities
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with debugging tools and automated testing.
- Knowledge of system monitoring tools and practices.
- Understanding of DevOps practices.
