On a day to basis you show your magic by:
- Developing trusted partnerships with gaming advertisers, acting as their main strategic adviser for all rewarded UA, playtime, and offerwall campaigns
- Guiding accounts through integration, campaign setup, optimization, and successful results, leveraging AppSamurai’s proprietary AI tools and industry knowledge
- Executing and optimize user acquisition strategies focused on high retention, player lifetime value, and ROAS
- Analyzing campaign performance data, prepare actionable insights, and craft compelling presentations to demonstrate results and ROI to clients
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams to introduce new features, shape proposals, and ensure seamless campaign execution
- Proactively identifying opportunities to scale advertiser accounts through product innovation, deep data analysis, and market trends
- Driving account growth by exceeding targets for retention, expansion, and customer success
- Representing AppSamurai at industry events, sharing knowledge and shaping best practices in mobile gaming UA
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in mobile gaming adtech, rewarded advertising, or performance marketing
- Proven success scaling gaming UA campaigns via playtime, offerwall, or similar rewarded models
- Strong analytical skills and confidence presenting campaign insights to gaming studio stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with client-facing experience in a global context
- Entrepreneurial drive, autonomous project management skills, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology driven environment focused on continuous learning and innovation
- Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus
