Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble environmental sensors and related hardware according to technical specifications.
• Perform functional testing and calibration of sensors to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, reporting findings to the engineering team.
• Maintain detailed records of assembly processes and test results.
• Follow established safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist with inventory management of components and tools.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in electronics assembly, sensor manufacturing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, soldering equipment, and measurement devices.
• Basic understanding of electronics and sensor technology.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
