SUMMARY

Reporting to our SVP of Product and Partner Ecosystem, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Senior Director of Partner Ecosystem. This key leadership role involves fostering strategic partnerships with vendors in the healthcare IT space, ensuring seamless integration between our platform and their products.

The Senior Director of Partner Ecosystem must possess deep industry knowledge in healthcare and develop an understanding of both our product and the offerings of other vendors in the market. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, customer success, legal, and finance to achieve our ambitious goals and scale our partner ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will deliver results with a sense of urgency, providing strong leadership to drive efficiency, remove obstacles, and influence stakeholders, ultimately ensuring the team reaches its objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with healthcare IT vendors to integrate our product seamlessly, ensuring interoperability and enhanced customer value.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities. Utilize this knowledge to position our products effectively and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Relationship Management: Manage vendor relationships effectively, ensuring customers benefit from our open platform. Foster strong connections, understand customer needs, and align partner offerings accordingly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to align strategies, enhance collaboration, and deliver results.
  • Leadership and Influence: Lead the team with a proactive and results-driven approach, identifying roadblocks and implementing solutions swiftly. Influence stakeholders to drive efficiency and performance improvements.
  • Curiosity and Innovation: Cultivate a culture of curiosity within the team, encouraging exploration of emerging technologies, market trends, and innovative solutions. Foster an environment where creative thinking and continuous learning are valued.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (Additional experience accepted in lieu of a degree).
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on product marketing, strategic partnerships, business development, and vendor integrations.
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing teams that scale.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve challenging goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare IT solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • High level of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

BONUS

  • Direct experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs)
  • Patient engagement industry experience

SALARY RANGE

Actual base salary will depend on experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal equity.

$143,000 - $223,000
