- Manage and uplevel a team of high performing revenue operations professionals that specialize in systems administration and data analysis.
- Identify, develop, and manage projects that drive and optimize revenue growth.
- Align workstreams with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Product teams to maximize impact.
- Oversee the development and adoption of technologies and processes that can enhance team efficiency and quality.
- Ensure that the Revenue Operations technology stack supports business needs effectively.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of sales data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain third party vendor tools and relationships.
- Develop and maintain third party contractor relationships.
- Contribute to project execution and additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years experience leading initiatives within the Revenue or Sales Operations umbrella.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- You have a strong understanding of Revenue Operations processes and the challenges faced by hyper growth healthcare SaaS organizations.
- You have a strong understanding and opinion of how systems and processes should be implemented to optimize revenue.
- You can translate Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing requirements and challenges into actionable data projects.
- You have experience communicating technical information to non-technical or department specific audiences.
