As a Product Designer, you will take ownership of Asanify core HR and Payroll product and be involved in our entire product development process - from early user research and envisioning the scope to launching and iterating further. The core design philosophy of Asanify is simplicity. If you like breaking down complex systems into ridiculously easy systems - this role is for you. The efforts you drive will have a significant impact on how India's small business sector takes care of its people.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand and solve complex problems to give our customers peace of mind.
- Design simple, easy-to-use flows and experiences that delight our customers.
- Develop deep empathy for our customers and use research to inform design solutions.
- Proactively conduct user Research and create detailed user journeys.
- Work closely with founding teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and sales to deliver revolutionary yet simple customer experiences.
- Design the visual design systems and pattern libraries by coming up with new and innovative solutions to fit with the Asanify brand.
- Conduct design reviews across the product suite.
- Evangelize design within and outside the organization by representing.
- Background/Know-how 2+ years of experience in designing digital products.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating across the entire company.
- Experience designing and shipping complex products that customers love.
- Deep knowledge of user research, user-needs validation, and usability evaluation.
- Experience working in Agile/ Kanban development processes.
- Video editing skills, and experience with Motion Designing.
- Experience with Print Design, illustrations, and iconography.
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
