We are looking for a Finance/Accounting Manager who can focus on managing the internal Compliances for the company, and also handle our Customer's payroll-related administration. This role will need to ensure that uncompromising controls and best practices for accounting and payroll processing are put in place.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding companies and their Employees by configuring Payroll, Employee Data setup, and identifying the various salary components (fixed or variable).
• Implement, maintain, and review the financial systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, vendor payments, and other transactions
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
• Clarify employee queries concerning salaries, TDS, Income tax proof, etc.
• Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of financial transactions.
• Ensure statutory compliances such as GST, EPF, ESI, and PT are met.
• Responsible for recording all the Payments, receipts, fund transfers, loan drawdowns, and settlements, interest settlements, loan journals, bank reconciliation, AR transfers, and accounting of all transactions mentioned above.
