HR Executive who can focus on managing the HR Onboarding and ongoing Customer Support for the company-related HR processes. As the primary member of the HR Operations team, you will be responsible for handling the initial stages after a new Company signs up for Asanify HRMS and Payroll services. This includes coordination with the primary point-of-contact at our client's end, managing their data in terms of completeness and correctness, and most importantly ensuring that the platform is configured accurately as per their requirement. - Onboarding companies and their Employee's information by configuring Payroll, Employee Data setup, and identifying the various salary components (fixed or variable).
- Coordinate with client companies and their HR representatives for understanding of HR Data and HR policies - and getting it configured on the HRMS.
- HR Policies set up in HRMS for Leave Management, Attendance Tracking, etc.
- Implement, maintain, and review the HR and Payroll processing system to ensure timely and accurate execution of all HR processes.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
- Clarify employees' queries about Salaries, Income tax proof, etc.
- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of employee data and payroll transactions.
- Ensures payroll-related statutory compliances like EPF, ESI, and PT are met.
