Youโll be part of our internal pharmacy team and product voice, helping shape nextโgeneration solutions for clinicians, payers, and patients. The work spans:
- Turning frontline pharmacy painโpoints into clear product requirements
- Validating feature ideas through user and market research
- Cultivating a community of pharmacist advisors and early adopters
- Safeguarding clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and patient safety
- Partnering closely with engineers and designers, along with external pharmacy & healthโtech organizations, to bring new products to life

- Product definition. Map highโimpact pharmacy workflows (outpatient, hospital, retail, specialty) and convert insights into user stories, wireframes, and PRDs.
- Research & insights. Conduct interviews, survey design, and competitive analysis; distill findings into roadmap priorities.
- Community building. Launch forums, roundtables, and CEโstyle events that keep us plugged into frontline pharmacy needs.
- Compliance leadership. Review AI outputs, flag edgeโcase risks, and embed guardrails around USP, REMS, payer policies, etc.
- Crossโfunctional & external partnerships. Work handโinโhand with engineers, design, and BD to integrate feedback from partner pharmacies, software vendors, and health systems.

- PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy,RPh with
- 5+ yearsโ U.S. practice across retail, hospital, outpatient, or specialty settings, preference for those who have experience in specialty.
- Deep familiarity with prior auth, payer formularies, limitedโdistribution meds, and medication assistance pathways.
- Comfort breaking down messy workflows into structured docs or tickets. Formal project management experience not required.
- Detail oriented and highly communicative team player.
- Startup mentality: bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, willingness to iterate quickly. We work in fast cycles, low bureaucracy, your ideas will ship quickly.
- Located in New York (Hybrid 3 office days per week)

- Exposure to eRx standards (NCPDP SCRIPT, FHIR) or ePA vendors.
