- Reviewing AI outputs, handling exceptions and turning gaps into product changes.
- Safeguarding clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and patient safety, embedding guardrails around USP, REMS, payer policies, etc.
- Partnering closely with engineers and designers, along with external pharmacy & health‑tech organizations, to bring new products to life
- Troubleshooting issues customers hit in real workflows, resolving what you can directly and routing the rest to engineering with the context they need to fix it
- Sitting in on and eventually leading client check-ins, translating customer feedback and needs into something the team can act on
- Bringing a clinical eye to internal playbooks and support docs
- Closing the loop between support and product, spotting the recurring questions and friction points that signal product growth
