Job Details

As our Senior Growth Analyst, you’ll be the quantitative engine of Aspect’s growth system. From user acquisition to onboarding, pricing, churn, and LTV—you’ll surface the insights, structure the data, and build the growth models that power everything.

Your Responsibilities

Analytics & Insights

Build and maintain analytical system “from scratch”, which includes data flow, dashboards (Amplitude), etc. These dashboards will provide us with accurate data, including:
CAC by channel & cohort
LTV and payback
Funnel drop-off & conversion rates
Retention, churn and user segmentation
Conduct advanced cohort and behavioral analysis to discover improvement levers.
Analyze and interpret A/B test results (ads, onboarding, pricing, creatives).
Translate data into clear, actionable insights for product, marketing, and leadership.

Growth Modeling

Build and iterate high-resolution CAC → payback → NetLTV models.
Forecast MRR, churn, retention, and campaign outcomes across multiple scenarios.
Help leadership make data-informed decisions around budget, roadmap, and hiring priorities.
Model unit economics by product, user segment, and acquisition source.

Stack Ownership & Data Infrastructure

Own our analytics stack across marketing, product, and lifecycle:
GA4, Amplitude, Looker Studio, Segment or Rudderstack (CDP), and event pipelines
Define and maintain event taxonomy and ensure cross-platform consistency.
Oversee tracking plans, consent compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and attribution model reliability.
Collaborate with engineers on implementation and QA of new events and data flows.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with Growth PM, User Acquisition Lead, and Lifecycle Marketer to validate hypotheses, test results, and campaigns.
Build tooling that democratizes access to insights across the team.
Deliver regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to the CEO/CMO.

You’re a Fit If You…

Have 5+ years experience in growth, marketing, or product analytics at a fast-paced DTC, health, or subscription startup.
Are fluent in retention curves, CAC, LTV, churn, payback, and funnel math.
Have strong experience with Amplitude, GA4, CDPs, and Looker Studio.
Can build robust models in Sheets (cohort models, forecasting, pricing).
Know how to balance speed vs. rigor in a startup environment.
Communicate clearly and translate insights into action.

Bonus Points

Experience in women’s health, metabolic health, or fitness/wellness products.
Familiarity and experience in MMM, Multi Channel Attribution tools.
