Job Details

We are seeking an experienced User Acquisition Lead with deep, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, our primary performance channel. In this role, you will be fully responsible for planning, launching, and managing all Meta campaigns independently—owning the entire execution process from audience targeting to optimization and scaling. You’ll also manage other paid channels like Google Ads and TikTok, and own creative production process. This is a highly tactical role for a performance marketer who lives in Ads Manager and is ready to drive meaningful, measurable growth in the health and wellness space.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies for our web2web funnels, encompassing various paid social channels (90% of budget - Facebook Ads).
Campaign Management: Launch and optimize user acquisition campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, ROAS, 3-day cancelation rate etc.
Budget Management: Responsible for managing the user acquisition budget efficiently, allocating resources across channels, campaigns, products to maximize results and deliver strong ROAS.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to stay ahead of the curve in PPC campaigns.
Analytics: Ensure all events are tracked correctly, and preparre necessary reports for measuring the effectiveness of campaigns.
Create, manage, and optimize paid search (SEM) campaigns on Google Ads, or manage external contractors, where lack skills.
Lead performance creatives production, collaborating with in-house designer and external creative agency.
A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives and other elements of the user acquisition.
User Segmentation: Develop targeted user segmentation strategies to personalize marketing messages and enhance user engagement.
Provide actionable insights for product manager to improve funnels, paywalls etc.
Lead traffic testing of new funnels: VSL, Webinar, Different LPs etc.
Testing new perspective paid marketing channels.

Qualifications

Required:
Proven track record of successfully managing user acquisition campaigns and driving significant growth in web2web funnels.
At least 2 years of experience of user acquisition on the US market in health and wellness niches.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Expertise in digital marketing channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.
Familiarity with web and app analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have:
Experience with implementation of AI-tools, MMM, MTA, etc.
Previous experience in growing budgets from $100k/mo to $500k/mo with strong ROAS.
