Job Details

We’re seeking an experienced Growth Product Manager to accelerate our customer acquisition and user activation through strategic product and funnel initiatives. You’ll be responsible for identifying, designing, and optimizing funnels, product offerings, and pricing structures to effectively lower customer acquisition costs and increase LTV.
Critically, you will lead our marketing analytics efforts—taking full ownership over the accuracy, quality, and strategic use of our analytics data. You'll manage and improve data integrity, event tracking, and reporting across platforms including Amplitude, GA4, and Looker. You’ll collaborate directly with or CMO, CPO, and Engineering teams to ensure the right data is collected, validated, and leveraged to make informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize onboarding, trial, and activation flows across web and mobile.
Own pricing, packaging, and monetization experiments (e.g. trials, promos, plans, positioning).
Collaborate on viral/referral loop design and optimize “happy user conversion” into referrals and reviews.
Design and test retention and reactivation nudges.
Lead marketing analytics efforts: ensure clean, reliable tracking across GA4, Amplitude, Looker, and internal tools.
Define event schema, user properties, and conversion tracking to measure paid and organic performance.
Build dashboards and reports to help stakeholders see key growth metrics (activation rate, refund rate, NetLTV/CAC). You’ll have an engineer in your team to support with execution.
Maintain a source-of-truth dataset for product & growth teams to act on (activation drivers, cohort decay, etc.).

Qualifications

Required:
4+ years of proven experience as a Growth Product Manager, specifically within direct-to-consumer apps.
Proven track record of designing and executing growth experiments and building scalable experimentation frameworks focused on rapid iteration, analytics, and learning - Experience running rapid experimentation cycles in a high-speed startup environment, leveraging analytics to drive actionable learnings and continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of user acquisition funnels, pricing strategies, and user activation processes.
Demonstrated expertise in data management, analytics, and leading analytics strategy - Proficiency with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics (GA4), and Looker.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of clearly translating complex data insights into actionable strategies.
Bonus:
Experience developing experimentation frameworks specifically designed for startup growth teams.
Experience in creative production and management of Meta and TikTok ads
Previous hands-on experience optimizing mobile products, pricing models, or subscription services.
Experience with AI-driven products or leveraging AI tools in growth experiments.
