Aspect Health is building an AI co-pilot for lifestyle-driven chronic conditions. We began by addressing women’s metabolic health—starting with PCOS, a condition affecting nearly 20% of women worldwide and a leading cause of female infertility. From here, we’re expanding to tackle IBS and other lifestyle-driven chronic issues, leveraging continuous glucose monitors and advanced at-home tests to deliver real-time, personalized feedback that empowers lasting health changes.
In the last eight months, we’ve grown 1000% 😲 —scaling our ARR from $250K to $2.5M—and kicked off our B2B expansion by partnering with six clinics. We are backed by notable investors, including a16z, Sequoia, Long Journey Ventures, Lux, Valor, and the founders of Flo Health and Deel, among others.

Job Details

The main goal of this role is to drive organic and partner sales using creative, data-driven marketing. You’ll own and scale every organic, owned, and earned channel—SEO, newsletter, brand storytelling, partnerships, community, and influencers. Your work will directly shape our top-of-funnel, establish trust with future customers, and accelerate sustainable revenue growth.
You will manage the Social Media & Community Lead and a pool of SEO copywriters, with support from in-house and freelance design talent.
You will work directly with the CEO.

Responsibilities

The main goal is to reduce paid-ad dependency while sustaining >20 % MoM MRR growth
Organic Traffic & SEO
Improve our content engine and blog-to-quiz conversion.
Own the content calendar, keyword roadmap, and SEO execution.
Guide Social Media Lead to accelerate our Organic Social channel growth.
Newsletter & Lifecycle Content
Relaunch our weekly newsletter and segmented flows.
Increase engagement and monetization of our large subscriber base.
Brand & Storytelling
Craft and guard Aspect’s voice, tone, and message architecture.
Own brand guidelines and apply them across all touchpoints.
Define 3 core brand pillars and translate each into measurable upper-funnel KPIs (brand search volume, SOV, PR pickups).
Launch an always-on content engine (podcast clips, medical-expert TikToks) tied to SEO keywords & referral CTAs.
Lead Brand-Awareness Campaigns
Launch webinars, summits, partnerships, and podcast appearances.
Grow brand visibility through content, earned media, and social buzz.
Partnerships & PR
Secure co-marketing and distribution deals with clinics, femtech apps, and wellness creators.
Team Leadership
Manage the Social Media & Community Lead (social, influencers, community, webinars).
Oversee SEO Copywriters and brief the in-house designer and freelance creatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with the Growth Product Manager and Lifecycle Marketer to support onboarding, retention, and upsell flows.
Contribute insights and content to support funnel and product-led growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Have 5+ years experience in brand, content, or lifecycle marketing at a high-growth DTC or health startup.
Have a strong track record in SEO, newsletter, and brand-led traffic growth.
Have managed content teams and external creatives.
Can balance storytelling with performance KPIs (CVR, organic MRR, engagement).
Are confident briefing partners, pitching collaborations, and crafting creative brand plays.
Can work cross-functionally with product, growth, and creative teams.
Are results-driven and comfortable in a lean, remote startup environment.
