We began by addressing women’s metabolic health—starting with PCOS, a condition affecting nearly 20% of women worldwide and a leading cause of female infertility. From here, we’re expanding to tackle IBS and other lifestyle-driven chronic issues, leveraging continuous glucose monitors and advanced at-home tests to deliver real-time, personalized feedback that empowers lasting health changes.

Job Details
As our Community & Social Lead, you’ll own Aspect’s organic social media presence and community growth. From TikTok and Instagram to Reddit and Facebook Groups—you’ll craft content, manage engagement, and grow a trusted, science-backed, and supportive brand presence that inspires women to take action in their health journey.
Your Responsibilities
Content & Storytelling
Own and execute organic social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Create educational, inspiring, and relatable content (posts, reels, carousels, stories) rooted in our science-backed protocols.
Partner with coaches, doctors, and marketing to turn complex science into simple, viral stories.
Maintain a consistent brand voice.
Community Growth & Engagement
Track and analyze organic performance: engagement rates, follower growth, CTR to quiz/app.
Run experiments with formats, trends, and CTAs to identify repeatable growth loops.
Collaborate with Growth Marketing on referrals, ambassador programs, and influencer seeding.
Share insights with the leadership team on what’s resonating with users (pain points, desires, language).
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with Marketing and Product departments to align on campaigns.
Ensure social storytelling matches our funnel messaging (from awareness → quiz → purchase).
Partner with in-house and external clinical experts to ensure accuracy, empathy, and compliance.
You’re a Fit If You…
Have 3+ years experience running organic social and/or community at a fast-growing consumer startup (health/wellness preferred).
Native English Speaker
Are fluent in TikTok, Instagram, and short-form storytelling—you know what works and why.
Have a track record of growing audiences organically and building engaged communities.
Can create content yourself (basic video editing, Canva/CapCut, caption writing) and manage freelancers when needed.
Write in a warm, empowering, supportive voice that resonates with women’s health audiences.
Understand analytics and can iterate based on engagement metrics and funnel impact.
