Job Details: Marketing Motion Designer
We’re searching for a talented, creative Marketing Motion Designer to join the Aspect Health team.
Our ideal candidate isn’t just an executor; they’re a designer with strong critical-thinking skills who analyzes tasks, makes independent decisions, and proposes fresh ideas. We value open communication, teamwork, constructive feedback, and healthy collaboration.
Your responsibilities
Quickly integrate into our workflows, tools, and brand principles.
Produce high-quality creatives that meet business goals and deadlines.
Contribute to product tasks (including onboarding animations and more).
Actively participate in team meetings, design reviews, and brainstorms.
Research competitors and trends to keep our design work top-tier.
Suggest new ideas and solutions to improve processes and creatives.
Challenges in the first three months
Create ad creatives for multiple directions.
Develop and present new concepts.
Take an active role in brainstorms, retrospectives, and post-analysis sessions.
Challenges in the first six months
Boost creative performance by improving overall quality.
Introduce automation paths and refine workflows.
Master new AI tools and implement them in day-to-day work.
Build strong cross-team collaboration.
Qualifications
Required
You have at least 1.5 years of experience creating 2D animated videos and doing video editing.
Confident command of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and AI tools.
Comfortable using graphic-design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.) to create visual assets from scratch.
Able to work with supporting software and plugins.
Solid grasp of composition, rhythm, and typography.
Understanding of platform requirements for Meta, TikTok, Google, and Snapchat.
Proven experience producing marketing creatives.
Basic knowledge of performance advertising principles.
Ability to work with briefs, deadlines, and version control.
Basic sound-design skills.
Very good communication skills in English, both written and in person - be able to explain a problem or challenge to a stakeholder over a call, or through slack - and ensure that you have a resolution.
Bonus
Work experience with health & fitness niche.
Work experience in performance-driven companies.
