competed for entry into the coveted finalist group. AssetVault was among the 27 global finalists
which included the likes of Paytm, ClearTax, Lendingkart, Razorpay
In India also we are digitizing Estate Planning. Our
product AasaanWill (https://www.aasaanwill.com/) deals in creating Wills and is involved in
matters of Succession Planning. We have our office in Hyderabad in India.
We are looking for Full-time Law graduates who can work from home or can visit our Jaipur
branch whenever required to work on our product AasaanWill
Requisites:
Qualification: LLB or LL or LLB+ BBA/MBA
Job Description: Perform research work, write blogs, draft legal documents and attend
the client queries.
o You will do a bit of everything but own Customer Service entirely

o Providing a consistently excellent experience to potential and existing customers
over the phone, email, and live chat;
o Assisting with the product and legal queries to fuel our growth
o Gain an understanding of all aspects of the business and product
o Championing the voice of the customer - internally upholding what is important
to our customers and help to make sure their feedback is heard across the
business, and contributing your ideas to help shape how we do things
o Being a part of our positive work environment and working with a bunch of
genuinely nice people
Location: Hyderabad Office or Jaipur
Skills needed:
o You are approachable and sympathetic, with excellent listening, written & verbal
communication skills, delivered in a reassuring tone
o Fluent in English and Hindi; any other language is a huge plus
o Have impeccable attention to detail, as well as great prioritization and creative
problem-solving skills
o Prove you are able to quickly master internal systems and processes
o Be motivated by the prospect of helping people through a difficult time and
eager to constantly learn
o Be ambitious and excited about joining and growing in a fast-moving tech startup
o Quick drafting of Legal Documents
