Responsibilities:
You will do a bit of everything but own Customer Service entirely:

Providing a consistently excellent experience to potential and existing customers over the phone, email and live chat;
Assisting with product and legal queries to fuel our growth
Gain an understanding of all aspects of the business and product
Championing the voice of the customer - internally upholding what is important to our customers and helping to make sure their feedback is heard across the business, and contributing your ideas to help shape how we do things
Being a part of our positive work environment and working with a bunch of genuinely nice people

Skills and Traits:
You are approachable and sympathetic, with excellent listening, written & verbal communication skills, delivered in a reassuring tone
Fluent in English and Hindi; any other language is a huge plus
Have impeccable attention to detail, as well as great prioritisation and creative problem solving skills
Prove you are able to quickly master internal systems and processes
Be motivated by the prospect of helping people through a difficult time and eager to constantly learn
Be ambitious and excited about joining and growing in a fast-moving tech startup
Are able to work some weekends, as we have a 7 day coverage

Salary: Competitive with monthly bonus.

Problems of not making a Will:
You are leaving behind a mess for your family, especially if there are joint assets with an extended family or you have created assets with your parents, making your siblings an heir to the property you thought you were leaving to your kids.
Nomination for a bank account/insurance policy does not mean that nominee gets an asset; a nominee is a caretaker of the asset, somebody to whom the money flows for safekeeping until the legal heirs can stake a claim. For you, the nominee and the legal heir are the same people, but in the eyes of the law, the two could be different.
