With 500,000 transactions per month, AUMET marketplace is a fast-growing product that is capturing market share and is on a road to achieve its vision. And as we grow we need talented people to help us grow!Your Role:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Professional to help us create and sustain partnerships with our customers. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers.Objectives of this Role:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective customers
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Jordanian / Jordanian National currently based in Oman
- Proven working experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role.
- MBA or Masters Degree from one of the top Business Schools is a plus
- Proven sales track record
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Experience in working in startups is a plus
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
