As a Quality Assurance (QA) Intern, you will support the QA team in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products or services. This full-time internship opportunity is located in our office at King Hussein Business Park and has a duration of 6 months, with a chance of employment based on business needs.

• Assist in the execution of test plans and test cases to ensure the functionality, performance, and stability of software or applications.
• Identify and report defects or issues in a clear and concise manner using bug tracking tools or other designated systems.
• Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues and provide necessary details for their resolution.
• Participate in test case creation and maintenance, ensuring test coverage aligns with project requirements.
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Provide support in the analysis and verification of software requirements and specifications.
• Assist in the documentation of test results, test scripts, and other relevant QA documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the software development life cycle.

• Recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Basic understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems and version control tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
