We are looking for an Account Manager to join the Autobia team. This role owns the end-to-end relationship with activated clients in the Inventory Finance program — serving as the primary relationship partner for each assigned client, ensuring continuity of service, depth of engagement, and effective resolution of needs across the program's full product ecosystem.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-product environment, takes personal ownership of client outcomes, and brings the commercial instinct to identify and act on client needs before they become issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across all Autobia products and services, building deep understanding of their business to drive engagement and growth.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Autobia ecosystem to resolve client needs on first contact, minimizing friction and reducing dependency on multiple teams.
  • Anticipate client needs ahead of visible issues, address root causes of behavioral changes, and take corrective action within defined authority.
  • Monitor credit usage across accounts, apply program guidelines to credit-related decisions, and escalate cases beyond authority with clear data and recommendations.
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions and decisions, and partner with cross-functional teams to inform retention strategy and portfolio health.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B customer-facing operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to master multiple product ecosystems and resolve issues independently without constant escalation.
  • Sound judgment and confidence in making day-to-day operational decisions within defined authority.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor and manage a high volume of client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel for daily tracking, activity management, and reporting.
  • Self-driven and proactive — identifies issues before they escalate and takes ownership without waiting to be directed.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech, lending, or inventory finance environments.
  • Familiarity with B2B client relationship dynamics and credit-based products.
  • Arabic fluency.
