Job Summary: As a Client Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service. You’ll collaborate closely with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to orders, deliveries, and product information.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Provide product recommendations and assist with order processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs.
  • Accurately enter client and order-related data into the system.
  • Update prices and product information as needed.


  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Customer-centric mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools and software.
  • Prior experience in client support or a related field is a plus
