Job Overview:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager to join our team in the Jazan and Al-Jouf regions, including cities such as Sakaka, as well as the Northern Borders region, including Arar. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, generating new business leads, and maintaining effective communication with clients to foster strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals consistently.
- Conduct regular sales visits to client locations to build rapport and understand their business needs.
- Utilize CRM software and other sales tools effectively to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients, addressing their concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
- Demonstrated experience in field sales, including conducting sales calls and building relationships face-to-face.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong customer orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Highly organized and efficient with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Driver's License & Vehicle
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Immediately available to start.
