Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team for a six-month opportunity under the Tamheer Program. In this role, you will support the efficient execution of HR functions, ensuring high-quality delivery of HR services and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Ensure all HR processes adhere to company policies and comply with relevant labor laws.
  • Manage and update employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, offering timely and accurate support to employees and management.
  • Collaborate with team members to support special HR projects and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Prior experience in HR operations or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in HR systems and tools, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be registered in the Taqat portal for the Tamheer program.
  • Must meet Tamheer eligibility criteria, including not being registered in GOSI for the past six months.
