Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team for a six-month opportunity under the Tamheer Program. In this role, you will support the efficient execution of HR functions, ensuring high-quality delivery of HR services and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Ensure all HR processes adhere to company policies and comply with relevant labor laws.
- Manage and update employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, offering timely and accurate support to employees and management.
- Collaborate with team members to support special HR projects and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Prior experience in HR operations or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in HR systems and tools, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be registered in the Taqat portal for the Tamheer program.
- Must meet Tamheer eligibility criteria, including not being registered in GOSI for the past six months.
