Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele-Sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele-Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by actively identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring that their needs are met. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service. You will also leverage CRM software and other sales tools to manage accounts, track leads, and analyze performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals consistently.
  • Conduct regular sales calls to build rapport and understand their business needs.
  • Utilize CRM software and other sales tools effectively to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients, addressing their concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or a similar sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in conducting sales calls and building relationships with clients.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong customer orientation with an emphasis on relationship building.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage accounts and analyze sales performance.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
  • Immediate availability to start is preferred.
