The Sales Support Specialist works to achieve sales targets and increase the company's market share by building strong relationships with customers and promoting the company's products or services. The Sales Support Specialist typically works under the supervision of the Sales Manager or Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing the customer: Analyzes the market, identifies potential customers, and uncovers new sales opportunities. Visits prospective customers and builds strong relationships with them to drive sustainable sales.
  • Promotion and Marketing: Markets and promotes the company's products or services to potential customers. Presents proposals and explains the potential benefits and features to customers.
  • Customer Account Management: Manages relationships with existing customers and works to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships. Respond to customer needs, provide continuous support, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Achieving Targets: Works to achieve the sales targets set by the company. Aims to increase the company's market share and achieve the targeted revenues.
  • Monitoring Market Trends: Includes tracking developments and movements in the market and industry. Analyzes the competition and provides insights and recommendations on how to improve products.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience or a recent graduate in the field of sales or marketing, especially in the automotive parts or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build good relationships with customers.
  • Ability to handle pressure in a sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade customers.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
  • Good knowledge of the products or services being marketed.
