Key Responsibilities:

• Post and process journal entries to ensure accurate recording of all business transactions.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including processing vendor invoices and closing purchase orders.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage related financial transactions.
• Reconcile petty cash expenses and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare aging reports to track and monitor receivables and payables.
• Conduct bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Handle invoicing and ensure timely and accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
