Fulfillment Center Manager

The Fulfillment Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, quality control, and coordination with customer success and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Process daily orders and ensure orders are being filled and shipped timely and accurately.
- Ensure all operation activities are managed within the KPI.
- Ensure timely processing and tracking of orders, sorting and packaging, and quality.
- Manage and provide clear direction to the fulfillment team, including all permanent and seasonal staff.
- Formulate and implement procedures and ensure they are enforced to meet operational goals.
- Analyze current operations and make recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Implement business process initiatives to optimize departmental operations in accordance with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Prepare the necessary SOPs for fulfillment processes.
- Project management and process improvement
- Provide periodic reports on department performance.
- Assist in growing the customer base by providing excellent service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration, logistics, or supply chain management
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/management level position, preferably in a fulfillment/distribution center environment
- Experience in 3PL warehousing, manufacturing, automotive, production, or distribution environments
- Experience scoping, leading, and implementing process improvements through Lean process, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma.
